WhoZat was built to make WHOIS and contact lookup feel faster, cleaner, and more useful than the cluttered tools already on the market. In addition to domain and contact data, it used Google Maps to validate registered street addresses and NeverBounce to check email status, including catchall and disposable addresses.
Built with PHP, MySQL, Google Maps API, and NeverBounce API, the product was really an exercise in better information design: taking messy lookup data and organizing it into something easier to trust and act on.
