Built for service businesses like HVAC, plumbing, auto repair, salons, dentists, contractors, and property managers, Townline combines communication infrastructure, AI assistance, business knowledge, and a lightweight CRM. Customers can reach a business through the channels they already use, while Townline normalizes each interaction into conversations, messages, contacts, calls, transcripts, notes, tasks, and activity history.

The product is still in active development, but the core direction is an operating layer for local-business communication: one place to answer customers, manage context, route urgent requests, verify business knowledge, and eventually power a full AI front desk that is affordable and practical for small teams.
